My wife, Rini, and I moved to the warm city of DFW, Texas when we found out that we were having our beautiful baby girl Aarya Nemi and we have loved Texas ever since. All-on-X is the general term for a full-arch bridge supported by multiple implants. The number in "All-on-X" or "All-on-6" refers to how many implants support the bridge:
- All-on-X: four implants per arch (most common; works for most patients)
- All-on-6: six implants per arch (for higher bite forces or specific bone patterns)
- All-on-X: the "X" means Dr. Doshi decides after seeing your 3D scan

Yes. On your surgical day (3–5 hours at our office), any failing teeth are extracted, four implants are placed, and a fixed temporary bridge is attached the same day. You walk out with a complete set of teeth you can smile and speak with immediately. Eat soft foods for the first 6–8 weeks while the implants heal. Your final permanent zirconia bridge is placed 3–6 months later, and full eating function returns.
