Dental Implants Near Grand Prairie, Euless & Bedford

If you live in Grand Prairie, Euless, or Bedford and you’ve started researching dental implants, you’ve probably noticed something frustrating: most implant-specialist offices in DFW are clustered in Dallas or Fort Worth proper, which adds a 30–45 minute drive to every appointment. For a treatment that involves a consultation, a surgical visit, multiple follow-ups, and a final crown delivery, that’s a meaningful amount of windshield time.

SmileOn Dental Implants is built around solving that. We operate across three DFW locations, Mansfield, Arlington, and Irving, covering the south and central parts of the metroplex with a fellowship-trained implant specialist (Dr. Rushabh Doshi, DMD) practicing at each. Whichever of Grand Prairie, Euless, or Bedford you’re driving from, one of our locations is 15–25 minutes away.

This guide breaks down which location works best for your city, what to expect at each, and how to make the decision.

That’s the cheat sheet. The rest of this guide explains what each location offers and how to choose if you’re equidistant between two.

Why Three Locations Matter for Implant Treatment

A dental implant isn’t a one-visit procedure. From start to finish, you’ll typically have:

  • 1 consultation visit (45–60 min)
  • 1 surgical placement visit (60–120 min depending on case)
  • 2–3 follow-up checks during the 3–6 month healing period
  • 1 final crown placement visit (45–60 min)
  • Ongoing 6-month hygiene visits

That’s 6–8 visits over 4–6 months. The difference between a 15-minute drive and a 45-minute drive compounds quickly. For working patients, that’s the difference between treatment that fits around your schedule and treatment that disrupts it.

The clinical work is identical at all three locations. Dr. Doshi places implants the same way wherever he is. The decision comes down to which one is most convenient for the long arc of your treatment.

For Grand Prairie Residents

Grand Prairie sits between Arlington and Mansfield to the south and Irving to the north. Depending on which part of Grand Prairie you live in, any of our three locations is reasonable.

If You’re in Central or North Grand Prairie (75050, 75053)

Best fit: Arlington Dental Lounge 4010 N Collins St #104, Arlington, TX 76005

This is 10–15 minutes from most of central Grand Prairie via I-30 east or via TX-360 north. The location sits in the established north Arlington corridor near AT&T Stadium and Globe Life Field, easy to find, with ample parking, and convenient if you’re combining the appointment with errands in the entertainment district.

Arlington Dental Lounge has a deep-navy and warm-gold brand presentation oriented toward upscale family and cosmetic patients. The All-on-4 and full-arch implant cases done here often pair with cosmetic considerations like veneer planning for adjacent natural teeth.

If You’re in West or Northwest Grand Prairie (75051, 75052)

Best fit: Irving Family Dental 2932 N Belt Line Rd, Irving, TX 75062

The TX-161 (President George Bush Turnpike) makes this a clean 15–20 minute drive. Irving Family Dental has the highest review volume of any of our three locations, roughly 760+ Google reviews at 4.8 stars, and a deep general-dentistry foundation that makes it a good fit if you’re planning implant work alongside other dental care.

If You’re in South Grand Prairie (75104, near Cedar Hill)

Best fit: 360 Dental Lounge in Mansfield, 3550 East Broad St, Suite 112, Mansfield, TX 76063

US-287 south is a straightforward 20–25 minute drive. 360 Dental Lounge is our highest-volume implant production location. Most of the All-on-4 full-arch cases for the SmileOn network are performed here. If you’re a candidate for All-on-4, this is the most likely surgical site regardless of which location you started at.

For Euless Residents

Euless is part of the HEB (Hurst-Euless-Bedford) Mid-Cities cluster, sitting between DFW Airport to the north and Arlington to the south.

Best Fit for Most of Euless: Irving Family Dental

A 15–20 minute drive via TX-183 east is one of the fastest routes in DFW once you’re off Highway 360. Irving Family Dental is a natural fit for HEB-area patients because:

  • The TX-183 corridor is a direct shot, with no major highway changes
  • The Las Colinas / North Irving area has long been a draw for Euless residents for medical and dental care
  • Parking is easy, the building is on Belt Line Road, which is well-marked
  • The general dentistry depth at this location means you can consolidate other dental needs with the implant treatment

If You’re Closer to TX-360 or South Euless

Alternative: Arlington Dental Lounge is 15–20 minutes south via TX-360. This becomes a stronger option if you work or commute through South Euless toward Arlington, or if you’ve previously been a patient at any north Arlington medical practice and prefer to stay in that corridor.

What Euless-Area Patients Should Know

Insurance carriers common among Euless residents (Delta Dental, MetLife, Aetna PPO, Blue Cross PPO) all have similar implant coverage limitations, typically 0–20% reimbursement on the implant itself, with somewhat better coverage on the crown. We verify your specific plan during the consultation.

For patients employed at the larger Mid-Cities employers (American Airlines headquarters, Bell Helicopter, the DFW Airport operations), the consultation can usually be scheduled around shift schedules without difficulty.

For Bedford Residents

Bedford is adjacent to Euless, and slightly further north, the calculus for which location works best is similar but tilted slightly.

Best Fit for Most of Bedford: Irving Family Dental

A 20–25 minute drive via TX-183 east. Same logic as Euless residents, the TX-183 corridor is the most direct, and the consolidated general-dentistry-plus-implants offering at this location is well-suited to patients who want to manage all their dental care under one practice once the implant treatment is complete.

If You’re in the West or South of Bedford

Alternative: Arlington Dental Lounge is 20–25 minutes south via TX-360 or I-820 south. This route can be slightly faster during morning hours when TX-183 east traffic is heavy.

Bedford-Specific Note for Older Patients

Bedford has a meaningful retiree population, particularly along the I-820 / Pipeline Road corridor. For patients in the 65+ age range considering full-arch options (All-on-4 or snap-on implant dentures), the procedure can typically be scheduled in the morning at any of our three locations, with the recovery managed at home that afternoon. Most patients are able to drive themselves home if they have local anesthesia only; sedation cases require a driver.

What’s the Same Across All Three Locations

Regardless of which location you choose, you get:

  • Dr. Rushabh Doshi, DMD, as your implant surgeon fellowship-trained in implantology, BU honors, 5,000+ implants placed, 97% documented success rate
  • 3D cone-beam CT imaging for precise surgical planning
  • The same premium implant systems, with decades of clinical research backing them
  • The same pricing structure:
    • Single implant: $4,000–$6,500 complete
    • All-on-4 per arch: $24,000
    • Snap-on implant denture per arch: $9,000
  • The same financing options: CareCredit, Cherry, Sunbit, and LendingClub from $299/mo with $0 down, 5-minute approval
  • Free consultation for new implant patients, including the 3D scan, exam, treatment plan, and itemized cost quote

The clinical decision and the cost are not affected by which location you choose. Only the drive time.

How the Consultation Works

Your first visit takes 45–60 minutes and includes:

  1. Quick health-history review (5 min)
  2. Clinical exam with Dr. Doshi (10–15 min)
  3. 3D cone-beam CT scan for accurate bone measurement (5 min)
  4. Treatment plan discussion: what’s possible for your case, what’s not, and why (15–20 min)
  5. Itemized cost quote for each viable option
  6. Insurance verification, if applicable
  7. Financing pre-qualification across all four providers (5 min, soft credit check that doesn’t affect your score)
  8. All your questions answered, no time limit

You’ll leave with a written treatment plan, a specific cost, and a clear understanding of timelines. No deposit required at the consultation. No pressure to schedule treatment that day.

What If I’m Not Sure I’m a Candidate?

This is the most common reason patients delay scheduling. The honest answer: most people are candidates for implants. The 3D CT scan during the consultation answers the question definitively. Things we look for:

  • Bone volume: Most patients have enough; some need a graft (which we can do)
  • Bone density: Usually adequate in healthy adults
  • Medical conditions: Well-controlled diabetes, well-managed osteoporosis, and most chronic conditions are compatible with implants
  • Gum health: Active gum disease must be treated first, but it is treatable in most cases
  • Smoking: Heavy smokers have lower success rates and are asked to reduce or stop during healing
  • Bite and jaw alignment: Assessed during the exam

About 90% of patients who come in convinced they “can’t have implants because of X” turn out to be candidates after the CT scan. Of the 10% who genuinely can’t proceed with standard implants, most have viable alternatives, such as bone grafting, zygomatic implants, or implant-supported overdentures.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do you accept patients from outside Grand Prairie, Euless, and Bedford? Yes. Our three locations draw patients from throughout DFW, including Mansfield, Arlington, Irving, Las Colinas, Coppell, Carrollton, Farmers Branch, Burleson, Cedar Hill, Duncanville, Midlothian, Kennedale, Pantego, and the surrounding metro. We also see patients from further-out cities like McKinney, Frisco, Denton, and Waxahachie who travel specifically for full-arch implant cases.

Can I switch locations mid-treatment if my schedule changes? Yes, with planning. Dr. Doshi practices at all three locations on a rotating schedule, and your records and 3D imaging move with you. If you start at Irving Family Dental but want to do your surgical visit at 360 Dental Lounge because it fits a particular date better, that’s usually accommodated. We just scheduled the surgical visit at the location where Dr. Doshi is operating that day.

Which location does All-on-4 surgeries? All three locations can perform All-on-4 surgeries depending on Dr. Doshi’s schedule, but the majority of full-arch cases are performed at 360 Dental Lounge in Mansfield, where the surgical suite is set up for longer cases. If you’re scheduled for All-on-4, your surgical day will most often be at the Mansfield location, regardless of where you had your consultation.

Is there parking at each location? Yes, ample free parking at all three. 360 Dental Lounge has a private lot. Arlington Dental Lounge has shared parking in the strip. Irving Family Dental has a dedicated lot directly in front of the building.

Can I see Dr. Doshi specifically, or might I be seen by a different dentist? For all implant consultations and surgical placements, Dr. Doshi is your provider. Hygiene visits and routine follow-up checks may be performed by other team members. If you specifically want Dr. Doshi for every visit, including hygiene, that can usually be accommodated with scheduling.

Do you accept my insurance? We accept and verify most major PPO dental insurance plans. We do not currently participate as in-network providers with most HMO plans, but we can still file claims and apply any out-of-network benefits. Insurance is verified during the consultation visit before any treatment is scheduled.

What if I need an emergency appointment? Dental emergencies (tooth pain, infection, broken tooth, knocked-out tooth) are seen same-day or next-day at the closest open location. Call (682) 563-5663 and tell us it’s an emergency.

Do you offer sedation? Yes, at all three locations. Nitrous oxide (laughing gas) is available routinely. Oral conscious sedation (a pill) is available for anxious patients. IV sedation is available for longer procedures, including All-on-4 surgical days. Cost ranges from $50 (nitrous) to $400–$800 (IV sedation).

What languages does the staff speak? English and Spanish are spoken across all three locations. Specific multilingual capabilities vary by location and day. Please ask when scheduling if this is important to you.

How quickly can I get a consultation appointment? Typically, within 1 week for any of our three locations. If you need to be seen sooner for a specific reason (pain, recent tooth loss, etc.), let us know when you call, and we’ll find the earliest open slot across all three locations.

Why Do Patients From These Cities Choose SmileOn?

A few specific reasons SmileOn has earned trust across the Mid-Cities and southwest DFW:

  • Specialist-level care without specialist-level distance. Dr. Doshi’s fellowship training in implantology is the same caliber as the implant-only practices in Dallas and Fort Worth, but closer.
  • One surgeon places, restores, and follows up. Many practices send implant patients to one office for surgery and a different one for the crown. We do everything in-house, with Dr. Doshi as the single point of accountability.
  • Transparent, all-inclusive pricing. No surprise add-ons after you’ve committed. The quote you get at the consultation is the price you pay.
  • Same-day full-arch capability. For patients who qualify, All-on-4 with a temporary fixed bridge is completed in a single day.
  • Real financing that works. Four providers, $0 down, 5-minute approval, payments from $299/month for typical cases.
  • No pressure to proceed. Free consultations exist to give you information, not to corner you into a treatment plan. About 30% of consultation patients schedule treatment within 2 weeks; the rest take longer or choose alternatives. Both are fine.
